Palazzo dei Diavoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an ICEA-certified organic oil made from olives grown right in our olive grove. The olives are hand-picked early — while still green — during the first days of October.

They’re cold-pressed immediately to preserve the best flavor, nutrients, and aroma. We produce our oil at the Armellini Mill in Pienza, a place that respects the long-standing olive oil tradition of our region.

This is a premium oil, made in limited quantities, with exceptional purity and a bold, green fruity flavor that comes directly from the unique soil of our land.
